We were founded around 50 years ago on the vision of Giovanni Fileni, who opened the first farm in Jesi. Since then, we have become the third leading national player in the poultry sector and the leading producer in Italy of organic white meat, with a path of growth always rooted in respect for people, animals, the environment and local areas, and today generating work for approximately 3,500 people, considering employees and indirect employment nationally, almost all of which is in the Marche region.
